Dr. Harminder Kaur is one of the medical doctors on board. She is board certified in Internal medicine and Obesity medicine. Dr.Kaur tailors her protocol to each patient's individual needs. She acts as a coach, nutritionist, and behavioral therapist during the weight-loss journey

Dr. Harpal Mangat is the second physician on the team. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and has helped countless patients lose weight. He has used the Mindful Living protocol in his own personal life to lose weight and resolve his own hypertension and type two diabetes.
