Breakfast:
1 bag Protein Chips
1 can Protein Soda
Lunch:
2 cups of fresh vegetables
1 bag Protein Chips
1 can Protein Soda
Dinner:
2 cups of fresh vegetables
6-8oz of animal protein (beef, pork, chicken, fish)
Dessert:
1 bag Protein Chips
1 Protein Float
3 scoops of keto ice cream
½ can Protein Soda
