In The Kitchen: Hello Protein Jell-O

The Ideal Protein Raspberry Gelatin Mix is one of my favorite after dinner sweets to eat. The flavor is rather refreshing to me. It has the traditional jello texture but is extremely healthy. One serving has 19 full grams of protein and only 2 grams of carbohydrates. I can’t forget to mention that each serving also has 80 calories. The recipe is easy to follow as it is only 3 steps:




1. Pour 5.1 fl oz of very hot water into a bowl

2. Add one packet of Gelatin and mix until it dissolves

3. Refrigerate for 30 – 45 minutes or until firm.
